Getting onboard

- Create your seller account with your name, email and mobile number.
- Tell us your business details and the city you dispatch from.
- Upload your national ID so we can verify you (KYC).
- Connect your Smile & Pay merchant account to receive settlements.

How delivery works
Delivo is admin-fulfilled — you never arrange your own courier. You order. We deliver.
- You prepare the order once payment is confirmed.
- Delivo dispatches a rider/vehicle matched to the order size.
- Local and inter-city legs are priced by distance and vehicle type.
- Handover is secured by a collection code the customer provides on delivery.

A Smile & Pay merchant account is required
Delivo settles every payout through Smile & Pay (ZB Bank) — your sales earnings, minus commission, land directly in your Smile & Pay merchant wallet. Before you can receive settlements you must hold an active Smile & Pay merchant account. It's quick to set up and lets us pay you automatically the moment a delivery is confirmed.
